Events 2006-07 The society holds a series of lecture and supper meetings from September to May each year. Regular conversation evenings giving members a chance  to practise their spoken German are also run during this period. In addition to these regular meetings, the society also organises or is involved in a number of other events during the course of the year.  These include social gatherings, the society's AGM and the annual 'Neville Osborne' lecture.
